What we collect
From landlords: name, email, password (hashed, never stored in plain text), and payment details (handled entirely by Stripe -- we never see or store your card number). From tenants and contractors invited by a landlord: name, phone number, and any photos, videos, or messages submitted through a maintenance request.
How we use it
Solely to run the Service: coordinating maintenance requests between landlords, tenants, and contractors, sending SMS notifications about job status, and billing landlord accounts. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Third parties
We use Stripe for payment processing and Twilio for SMS delivery. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle the data we share with them for these purposes.
Data isolation
Every landlord's properties, tenants, tickets, and contractors are isolated to that landlord's account. Landlords cannot see another landlord's data.
Data retention & deletion
We retain account data for as long as the account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us directly.
